Lisa Luttrell leads Casco’s Design Studio with over 25 years of project manager experience at various Orange County design firms. In Casco’s Design Studio Lisa oversees the work of the design staff, serves as a designer for complex projects, and presents and amends client’s designs. Her responsibilities start with the client’s consultation, to the proposal and continue throughout the project completion for both interior and exterior jobs.

Cheryl Osborn is the President and Founder of Casco Contractors, Orange County’s Top Choice for Commercial Tenant Improvement Construction and Design Solutions. Cheryl’s vision has always been to understand the changing needs of her customers, turn their dreams into reality, and create a growing partnership to guarantee absolute satisfaction. With over 30 years of construction experience Cheryl’s integrity, transparency, and high standards leads her team to success as well as sets a great example to her employees.
Sr. Exterior Project Manager
Andy has been working in the tenant improvement construction industry for over 15 years. He has developed and applied standards for Exterior Accessibility Upgrade & Electric Vehicle Charging Station projects for over 200 Irvine Company Office and Retail Properties throughout Orange County, San Diego, and Los Angeles. Andy manages and mentors a team specializing on exterior upgrades for any and all commercial projects. He has a strong hands on approach in the field working with the GCs, inspectors and various consultants as needed.
Interior Project Manager
Melinda has over 15 years of experience on an array of project types including commercial tenant improvements, medical, retail, sports parks, residential, hospitality and mixed use. As a project manager she has carried projects from programming, through schematic phase & design development, construction documentation and administration. She takes great pride in her work and cultivating client relationships.
Exterior Designer III
Rad has over 28 years of experience in various disciplines of architecture and office systems furniture design. For the last 6 years Rad has designed exterior site work related to ADA compliance and EV charging stations. He has performed duties on all aspects of projects relating to successful build outs of commercial tenant improvement space as well as ADA compliance of exterior site work.
Interior Project Manager
Jennifer is a design professional with 25 years of experience in the Design & Commercial Furniture Industry. Her background has helped establish a reputation of excellence in providing each client with unique solutions for any environment. Deep industry knowledge & experience in every aspect of the tenant improvement process, from initial concepts to final project punch walk. She excels in relationship building, customer service, organizational skills, attention to detail and innovative skills.
Nancy has experience in commercial and residential projects ranging from minor tenant improvements to full floor, high-end build-outs. As a designer, she has worked through projects from programming to the schematic phase, to design development and through construction documents. The diverse project experience she has received allowed her to develop and cultivate her design skills in order to adapt and support all disciplines of any clientele.
Brenda carries more than 15 years of experience in the commercial design industry. Project types include office & restaurant tenant improvements. Her passion for design is apparent as she is very time & budget sensitive. Her talents include Space Planning, Design Development, Construction Documentation, Collaboration with engineers, team members and most importantly with clientele.
