When it came to IHI Power Services’ new office, they wanted a modern yet timeless space for the years to come.

This design-build project required a full transformation of the existing suite.

 

Modern, high-end features include round LED lights, a glass room divider with pipe framing, a rustic, stickwood wall, and the black, open-concept ceiling in the main office area. Other office features include a glass-paneled conference room, coffee bar, and welcoming common area.
